Identify all influencing factors from master data, weather and traffic loads, and use them to calculate the time span until a “poor structural condition” is reached (condition rating ≥ 3.5). With the help of PROinfra, you can also find out how a freeze on investment in maintenance affects the further development of the structure.

Optimize your new building planning by determining the most suitable building type for the desired location at an early stage. With PROinfra, you can compare the actual construction and maintenance costs incurred in the past for the types of structures in question.
